Wildcraft Grill & Long Bar

Charcoal Group, the hospitality leader in Southwestern Ontario, Canada contacted us to further develop their digital strategy for the restaurant rebrand of Wildcraft Grill + Long Bar. Their goal was to use Search Marketing and Paid Social Media to increase reservations for the lunchtime business crowd and the evening social crowd.

Campaign Results

After redefining the Wildcraft Grill + Long Bar digital strategy we launched Instagram and Facebook campaigns to drive more traffic and brand awareness of menu offerings, while simultaneously running PPC campaigns through Google Ads to drive direct traffic and reservations directly through the website. Working directly with Jody, Charcoal Group CEO and his team helped us to work efficiently to drive results in less than 90 days.

Final campaign results included a 30% increase in web traffic⁣⁠⁣⁠; 10% increase in online reservations⁣⁠⁣⁠; average CPC down from $5.80 to $1.26 ⁣⁠⁣; social reach up 22% MoM⁣⁠⁣⁠.
